For refills, please complete and submit the form below. If you need refills on more than 6 prescriptions, please submit another request. Online prescription requests will be checked twice daily (at 10 am and 3 pm) during business days. We will process your order and make every attempt to have your prescription(s) ready by the end of the business day if submitted before 3 pm PST. Please provide a current telephone number where you can be reached during business hours in case we need to contact you about your refill request.
